It helps to know as much about yourself as possible. When you have to address emotional or physical issues it is much easier to understand yourself if you know your positive and negative traits. It helps you to limit stress by understanding why you react the way you do in a situation. Sometimes one can get so tangled up in deciding what you actually experience that help from an outside source can bring you back on track again. Therefore  I have created a range of questionaires that you can use for all kinds of information about yourself and your health.

For R50 per questionnaire you can choose the questionaires you want to fill in from the list. I will e-mail them to you to fill in and send back. I will analyse them and send you a report explaining the outcome of the specific questionaire.
